Pizza Wagon

 

Our vintage Pizza wagon will certainly be the center of attention and can be maneuvered to almost any part of your property or setting. An authentic wood fired pizza oven from Italy, stationed on the cart is the show stopper providing theatre and ambiance as our pizza chefs work their magic.  The food is served on two beautiful 8 foot wooden tables complete with umbrellas and decorative arrangements. We provide dinner, salad and dessert plates, napkins forks and knives. All food trash will be collected and removed from premises.

We will cook extra pizzas to leave behind in pizza boxes……


Enjoy our catering services and relax with your guests as we cook, serve and clean up. Our catering services are for a five hour time allotment with 2 hours designated for oven set-up and heating and after party break down. This leaves approximately 2 to 3 hours for service. (Additional time is $150 per hour)

 

Pizza pricing 

Menu Tier #1

25 person minimum $800.  ($15 each additional person)

Pick 6 pizza varieties off our pizza menu, these will be your main stage favorites for the party. Additional pizza topping combinations will also be provided to ensure a great array of pizza varieties and flavors.

 

Menu Tier #2

25 person minimum $950  ($16 each additional person)

Pick 6 pizza varieties just like Tier #1 and pick 2 of our Gourmet salads to go along with your pizza selections. 

 

Menu Tier #3

25 person minimum $1025  ($18 each additional person)

Pick 6 pizza and 2 salad varieties just like Tier #2 and add a decadent array of chef selected tasty desserts, enough to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.

*Coffee and Tea service also available for an additional charge of $3. Per person

*A 15% gratuity will be added to the total bill.

 

Pizza options

Traditional- house blend pizza cheese and Phils pizza sauce

Pepperoni

Veggie: artichoke, peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, olives, and tomato

Hawaiian:  ham bacon and pineapple

Sporkie:  sausage, sweet and hot peppers and ricotta

4 cheese: mozzarella, ricotta, Romano, fresh mozzarella slices, EVOO and garlic

Buffalo chicken: breaded buffalo style chicken, blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, mozzarella

Meatball, marinara, mozzarella, ricotta

Prosciutto and fig- fontina, baby spinach, mozzarella, balsamic reduction

French onion, caramelized onion, mozzarella, diced swiss, demi glace

Fresca: ricotta, tomato, garlic EVOO, mozzarella, fresh torn basil, balsamic reduction

Chicken parmesan- marinara, breaded chicken, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan

Spinach, artichoke, and Feta

Chicken alfredo, broccoli, parmesan, alfredo sauce

BBQ pulled pork, shredded cheddar, sour cream, red onion (seasonal special)

Florentine:tomatoes , baby spinach, Feta, onion, black olives, garlic and EVOO

 

 

Salad Options

 *(fat free raspberry vinaigrette is an available option also)

  1.  Artisanal Garden Salad:  combination of chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce garnished with, English cucumber, radish, sweet red and yellow teardrop tomato, Bermuda red onion and house made balsamic dressing.  
  2. Athens’s Greek:  combination of chopped romaine and iceberg with diced cucumber, tear drop cherry tomato, kalamata olive, pepperoncini, thyme infused Feta and Greek dressing.
  3. Rustic Caesar:  chopped Romaine hearts, shredded Parmesan, garlic and herb house croutons, with Classic Caesar dressing.   (anchovies on the side can be made available)
  4. Seasonal Harvest: composed salad with mixed baby field greens, roasted butternut squash, toasted pepitas, craisins, goat cheese crumbles and a zesty Zinfandel vinaigrette.
  5. Classic Cobb: combination of chopped romaine and iceberg with sliced smoked turkey, black forest ham roulades, Crisp black pepper back batons, sliced hard boiled egg, avocado segments, and gorgonzola cheese crumbles, with Ranch dressing.

Payment Policy:

  • A $500 deposit is due upon booking a date with the following cancellation policies
  • 30 days advance notice in email format will deem 100% refund.
  • 10 to 29 days a 50% refund will be made available.
  • Inclement weather on event day can be rescheduled to the next available date, we will try to make an event happen as long as our staff is safe from weather perils.

 

 

*A mileage charge will occur over 30 miles from Duxbury

Gratuities are greatly appreciated a 15% gratuity will be added to all parties over 25 people
